Prof. Wenquan Li

Southeast University, China

Prof. Wenquan Li is a doctoral supervisor at Southeast University’s School of Transportation. He holds a Ph.D. from Southwest Jiaotong University and completed postdoctoral work at Southeast University. He serves on multiple national and international committees, including the International Committee on Highway Capacity, and is a member of various transportation and operations research societies. He has been selected for Jiangsu Province’s “Six Talent Peaks” program and acts as a review expert for numerous provincial and national funding bodies. His research focuses on traffic organization optimization, regional planning, traffic flow theory, highway capacity, safety engineering, intelligent transportation, and autonomous driving.

Prof. Tong Qiuhong

Chang’an University, China

Prof. Tong Qiuhong is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Automotive, Chang’an University, China. She is honored as a Famous Teacher of Shaanxi Province and a Model Teacher of Shaanxi Province. She leads the National Excellent Online Course and National Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Project of the Ministry of Education of China. She has received the First Prize of Teaching Achievement of Shaanxi Province (as lead), the National First Prize of Teaching Achievement (as co-recipient), and the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Shaanxi Province (as co-recipient). Her research focuses on new energy intelligent vehicles, autonomous driving, and intelligent transportation systems. She teaches courses such as Microcontroller Principles and Automotive Microcomputer Applications, C++ Programming, Artificial Intelligence for Intelligent Connected Vehicles, Artificial Neural Networks, and Introduction to Machine Learning. She has authored two textbooks on C++ and co-authored a book on online warning and autonomous rescue of in-service vehicles. She leads sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program of China and has published over 30 journal papers indexed by SCI/EI, along with more than 20 patents and software copyrights.

Prof. Mouquan Shen

Nanjing Tech University, China

Prof. Mouquan Shen is the Chair of the Professorial Committee at the College of Electrical Engineering and Control Science, Nanjing Tech University, where he also serves as a doctoral supervisor. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Southeast University and a visiting scholar at the University of Hong Kong, Yeungnam University (South Korea), and the University of Adelaide (Australia). He is a High-level Talent of Jiangsu Province's "Six Talent Peaks" Program and was listed in the World's Top 2% Scientists for both 2024 and 2025. He has led more than 10 provincial/ministerial-level and above research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). In recent years, he has published over 100 papers in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control. He has served as chair of several international conferences and has been invited to deliver plenary talks at numerous international meetings. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for international journals including ISA Transactions, and is a reviewer for both domestic and international journals such as IEEE TAC and Automatica. He also serves as a correspondent reviewer for NSFC, the National Key R&D Program of China, and various provincial and municipal science and technology projects.
