Biography:
Haining Xu, Han nationality, CPC member. On-the-job postgraduate degree, Doctor of Education, researcher, master's degree supervisor. He was the secretary of the Youth League Committee, the executive vice president of the International Culture and Education College, the secretary of the School of Music, the secretary of the Library, the director of the International Exchange Office, the deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and the director of the Supervision Office of Nanjing Normal University, and the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Huai'an Institute of Technology in Jiangsu Province. He is now the vice president of Nantong Polytechnic Institute.
He is engaged in teaching and research on higher education management, history of education, internationalization of higher education, ideological and political education of students, etc. He is the main lecturer of courses such as “History of Education”, “Overview of China” and “Situation and Policy”. He is the main lecturer of “History of Education”, “China Overview”, “Situation and Policy” and other courses. Biography:
Fan Qinman, Doctor of Engineering, professor, master's supervisor, doctoral supervisor of China University, is the dean of the School of Automotive Engineering of Nantong Polytechnic, part-time executive director of Jiangsu Productivity Society, director of China Society of Logistics, the sixth batch of China Society of Logistics industry-university-research bases in charge of the logistics working group of Logistics Engineering and Logistics Management Teaching Committee, and other positions, and has been named as the second level of the Huai'an City 533 Talents. He has rich research and teaching experience in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, logistics quality system and automobile technology.
As a professor and doctoral supervisor, he has presided over and completed more than 30 scientific research projects, and published more than 100 papers in domestic and international journals, of which more than 50 have been indexed by Chinese core, SCI, CSSCI and EI. He has been granted more than 30 patents, including 8 invention patents as the first inventor, and 2 patents in which he supervised students as the first inventor. He was awarded the first prize of Jiangsu Province Teaching Achievements, the third prize of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing Scientific and Technological Inventions and the third prize of Scientific and Technological Progress, the second prize of Jiangsu Higher Education Research Achievements of the Society of Higher Education, the second prize of Jiangsu Productivity Society Outstanding Achievements, and the third prize of Outstanding Paper of China Logistics Academic Annual Conference. In addition, he has presided over a number of educational reform projects of China Society of Logistics, Jiangsu University Laboratory Research Association, Jiangsu Productivity Association, etc. He is committed to improving the quality of education and cultivating high-quality talents, and has won the first prize of the university's young teachers' teaching competition, the second prize of the teaching competition of the Jiangsu Provincial Transportation System and other awards.

Biography:
Shengxue Zhu, Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Master Supervisor. He is currently the deputy dean of the School of Transportation of Huaiyin Institute of Technology. He is mainly engaged in the field of traffic planning and traffic safety, presided over and participated in more than 10 scientific research projects above the municipal level, 6 university-enterprise cooperation projects, 2 authorized invention patents, edited 2 textbooks, published more than 20 academic papers, and won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Shanghai Highway Society. He has guided students to win 6 disciplinary competitions at the provincial level and above.
Assoc. Prof. Mohd Rodzi Ismail

Biography:
Associate Professor Mohd Rodzi Ismail is a Senior Academic in the School of Housing, Architecture and Planning at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and has been with the university since 2000. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a PhD in Architectural Engineering from the University of Liverpool, UK, with a focus on thermal comfort. As an experienced academic with deep expertise in the areas of indoor air quality, energy management and auditing, green buildings and the built environment, Associate Professor Mohd Rodzi Ismail has a strong record of achievement in academic research and practice, having published 31 academic papers with 224 research citations. He has led and participated in several research projects focusing on building science and optimization of its service systems.
