Biography:
Mingshun Li, second grade professor, doctoral supervisor, expert in mechanical signal processing, condition detection and diagnosis, chief scientist of the National Key R&D Program project “Precision Detection of Weak Electrical Signals and High-Speed Data Processing Technology”. He has presided over and participated in the completion of more than 20 national major and key R & D program projects; completed more than 40 projects of enterprises and research institutes; put forward a number of international pioneering technological methods, and as the first winner of six provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards; published more than 200 SCI/EI papers, of which two are international highly cited, two domestic highly cited, and the annual high citation of the international SCI magazines. Obtained more than 30 invention patents and soft writings, edited and published 2 monographs on modern processing technology and application of vibration signals; organized and held 2 international conferences, Chairman of IEEE PHM NANJING 2021 International Academic Conference.

Biography:
Xingxing Jiang, a professor and Doctoral Supervisor, from Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, is a recipient of the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by Jiangsu Provincial and Suzhou Municipal and the Youth Science and Technology Award from Jiangsu Vibration Engineering Society. From 2008 to 2016, Prof. Jiang studied Vehicle Engineering (Bachelor’s and Ph.D.) at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics under the guidance of Professor Shunming Li. In 2016 he worked in Soochow University as a Lecturer and Postdoctoral Researcher, was promoted to Vice Professor in July 2019, and became a Professor in July 2023. Prof. Jiang's research focuses on intelligent fault diagnosis and life prediction theories for high-end equipment, as well as vehicle vibration and noise control technologies. He serves as an Associate Editor for the SCI-indexed journal IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, an Associate Editor for the EI-indexed journal Mechatronic Systems and Control, a Guest Editor for SCI-indexed journal Measurement Science and Technology, a Youth Editorial Board Member for Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering, an Editorial Board Member for ESCI-indexed journal Frontiers in Mechanical Engineering, and a Youth Editorial Board Member for the journals Mechanical Science and Technology for Aerospace Engineering, Bearing, and Journal of North University of China. Since 2021, Prof. Jiang has been consecutively recognized as the World’s Top 2% Scientist in the Elsevier Stanford Annual Science Impact Ranking list.
Prof. Jiang has currently chaired over 10 projects, including one funded by the National Natural Science Foundation for General Programs and one funded by Youth Programs, two special grants from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, two General Programs, one project from Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation for Universities, one key industrial technology innovation and proactive basic research project from Suzhou, three open topics from provincial key laboratories, and five enterprise projects from China Academy of Railway Sciences and so on.

Biography:
Cao Shuchao, Doctor of Engineering, Ph.D. supervisor, is now an associate professor in the School of Automotive and Transportation Engineering of Jiangsu University, secretary of the Party branch of the Department of Transportation Engineering, deputy director of the department, mainly engaged in intelligent emergency transportation, emergency evacuation for emergencies. At present, he has published more than 40 high level SCI and core journal papers in domestic and international journals as the first author and corresponding author, participated in the publication of 4 monographs, authorized 6 national invention patents, 4 software copyrights, approved 2 provincial and ministerial level high-level consulting reports, presided over the Jiangsu Province “Double Creation Doctorate” project, the State Key Laboratory Open Subject Project of Fire Science, China Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, and the State Key Laboratory Open Subject Project of Fire Science, and the State Key Laboratory Open Subject Project of Fire Science. He is in charge of Jiangsu Province “Double Creation Doctor” project, State Key Laboratory of Fire Science open project, China Postdoctoral Science Fund project, National Natural Science Foundation of China youth project and surface project.
Assoc. Prof. Dingxin Wu

Biography:
Dingxin Wu, Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor, Master Supervisor. He is currently the deputy director of Science and Technology Department of Huaiyin Institute of Technology, and the deputy director of Jiangsu Transportation Carbon Emission Detection and Assessment Technology Engineering Research Center. He is an excellent young and middle-aged teacher in China's transportation education, a core member of the excellent teaching team of “Transportation” in Jiangsu Province's Blue and Blue Project, a vice president of science and technology in Jiangsu Province, a member of the 14th and 15th batch of Jiangsu Province's “Science and Technology Mayor's Corps”, a member of the “533 Project of Excellence” in Huai'an City, and an associate professor of engineering. He is also a member of the 14th and 15th batch of Jiangsu Province “Science and Technology Mayor's Group”, and a member of Huai'an City “ 533 Talent Project”. He has been awarded the Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship for Scholarship for Overseas Study twice, and has visited the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Arizona successively.
He has long been engaged in teaching and research work in the fields of transportation planning, traffic simulation, intelligent transportation, traffic big data, traffic accident identification, etc. He has presided over and participated in more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, such as “Study on the Formation Mechanism of the Capacity of Intermittent Bus Lanes and its Influence” and “Study on the Mechanism of the Spatial Organization of the Multi-Airports in the Yangtze River Delta and the Integration Effect” of the National Natural Fund, and more than 30 projects of the cooperation between the industry, academia and research of the enterprises and public institutions more than 30 projects.
